First AI Employee Documents
This domain hosts the customer-facing documents and secure intake links for businesses that use First AI Employee. It is not a product page, and there is nothing to sign up for here.
What lives here
Every business using First AI Employee gets its own address on this domain, at your-business.faedoc.com. That address holds two things: the documents the business publishes for its customers, which are its privacy policy and its text-messaging terms, and the secure links it uses to collect the details of a job.
Each address shows one business and only that business. There is no directory on this page, and guessing at a name will not find anyone. You would normally arrive from a link a business sent you, or from a link on its own website.
Why does First AI Employee Documents (faedoc.com) exist?
Before a business in the United States can text its customers, its number has to be registered with the mobile carriers. Part of that registration is publishing, at a public web address, how the business handles customer phone numbers and how someone agrees to be texted and later stops. The privacy policy and text-messaging terms on each business address are those disclosures.
If a business sent you a link
Links that ask for job details or documents are single use and time limited. Opening one starts a session that lasts 15 minutes, and the link cannot be reused or forwarded once it is finished or cancelled. If a link has expired, ask the business for a new one.
How long submissions are kept
When you submit a job brief or an intake form, it is stamped at that moment with the date its contents will be deleted. Anything you typed and any photos or documents you attached are covered by that same date.
The default is 4 days, and nothing is kept longer than 7 days. A business can be set to a shorter period, as little as 1 day. There is no option to keep a submission longer than the 7-day ceiling, and no option to keep one forever.
The date is fixed when you submit, not looked up later. If a business changes its setting afterwards, submissions already made keep the deletion date they were given, so a later change cannot quietly extend how long your files are held.
If a business stops using First AI Employee, anything still held for it here is removed within 14 days of the account closing, whether or not the 7-day window had run out.
Separately, a business may keep its own record of the work, such as an invoice or a job history in its own systems. That is the business acting as your service provider, and its own privacy policy covers it.
